Det. James Camp and Sgt. Houston Corn arrested Richard Allen Phillips, 23, of 206 Maner Road, after he allegedly walked into the house of Dr. Thomas Durham, 358 Edgemont Drive. Police said Dr. Durham chased the suspect out of his den at 2:30 a.m. and called police. Camp said the defendant posted $5,000 bond on Mon- day. Preliminary hearing will be held in Cleveland District Court but Camp said trial date has not been set.
