Representative Hunt is seeking a 7th two-year term in the House, having served in the sessions of 1973, “75, ‘79, ‘81, ‘83, and ‘85. He presently holds the elec- tive office of Speaker Pro Tempore, a key position in the eadership structure of the House. In addition, he is vice chairman of four House committess: Appropriations Base Budget on Justice and Public Safety, Appropria- tions Expansion Budget on Justice and Public Safety, Energy, and Rules and Operations of the House.
