Arts Council and the Black
Student Coalition Club will
sponsor a one-act musical
“WORLD” in honor of Black
History Month in February.
“WORLD” is written by
Donald L. Lawrence and
depicts dramatic scenes with
song and dance, beginning
with the old
Testament—Adam and Eve,
Joe Souther Manager
and moving to the New Testa-
ment and Revelations. The
moving musical contains
both tragic and comic scenes.
Several of the scenes will in-
clude: The Crucifixion, Noah,
The Ten Commandments,
The Atlanta child murders,
Inflation and Judgement
Day.
