BLACKSBURG DIVISION MANAGEMENT: TNS Mills has reorganized plant manage- ment: 1st. row: Mark Nodine, Keith Beveridge, plant superintendent; 2nd row: Wayne - Scruggs, Dan Corder, Phillip Kirby, Buddie Walker, Robert Peterson; 3rd row: James Tadlock, Ken Lowman, Graylin Jay, Mike Godfrey, Danny Brown, Darrell Black. Blacksburg Mill Notes Management Changes Mike Godfrey, Plant Manager of TNS Mills, Inc. Blacksburg Division, an- nounced several manage- ment changes. Keith Beveridge, graduate of N.C. State University, ma- joring in Textile Technology, joined the Blacksburg Opera- tion in January as Plant . Superintendent. Keith and his wife, Traci, reside in Kings Mountain. During this time the Blacksburg operation incras- ed from one overseer per shift to two overseers per shift. New overseers included Graylin Jay, graduate of Jacksonville State Universi- ty, majoring in business ad- ministration and manage- ment. Graylin, his wife Joy Chastain, and their two children reside in Spartan- burg. Graylin is responsible for the operation of the rotating shift. Mark Nodine, graudate of Spartanburg Technical School, joined the Blacksburg Operation as overseer. Mark, his wife Kathy Lee, and daughter Shawnda Lee reside in Gaff- ney. Mark is in charge of the 2nd shift operation. Dan Cor- der, graduate of Highpoint College was promoted to overseer. His wife, Frances, and three children ‘reside in Kings Mountain. King Street 739-2407 Band Superior On March 6, the junior high band attended the South Cen- tral District Contest Festival at Wingate College. The band, under the direction of Sarah S. Cole, received a superior rating for their per- formance of grade three "selections. The junior and senior high school bands will perform their contest selections at a concert to be held March 20 at 8 p.m. at Barnes Auditorium. Admission is free and the public is invited.
