Alexander There’s an unusual property on the market in Pennsylvania: a whole town, including 23 houses, 13 garages, a complete water system, a chapel, a balifield, even a pickup truck. You can’t buy just one house; the whole deal goes together. Your property-for-sale is a package, too, though on a smaller scale. You may include your carpeting and draperies, the washer and dryer, the dining room chandelier. Your nicest yard plantings go with the house. Of course, your “package” is a little more negotiable. Though you'll offer a set of amenities with the house, it’s not unlikely that there will be give-and-take, -certain pluses you will offer to sweeten the deal, other things the buyer will ask for. : Through it all, you can depend on our real estate experts. We’ll help you build the original offer- ing package, and negotiate on your behalf with the buyer. We can wrap up your package for you—and without a lot of red tape.
