are licensed under an “Act to
Regulate the Practice of General
Contrcting,’”’ ratified by the
General Assembly of North
Carolina on March 10, 1925, as
subsequently amended.
Each bidder must deposit with
his bid, security in the amount,
form, and subject to the condi-
tions provided in the Information
for Bidders.
The City of Kings Mountain
may waive any informalities or
minor defects. Kings Mountain
reserves the right to reject all
bids.
No bidder may withdraw his
bid within sixty (60) days after
the actual date of the opening
thereof.
