He said Winters told him he had no trouble getting aboard an airliner: ‘‘He said, ‘I just show them my badge and walk through.’ ”’ “Small testified that he met Winters at the Best Western Motel in Greenville, S.C. He said Winters put the bomb together, except for two wires left unconnected and put the bomb in a zi pered duffel bag. Small said Winters told him the final step would be to put a gallon jug of gasoline in the bag the night before it was left at San- dra Winter’s apartment. “Small told the court he brought the bomb back to Kings Mountain and left it in his carport overnight. The next day, he testified, Dunham picked the bomb up and put it near a utility shed outside Sandra Winter’s apartment. Small testified that Dale Winters told him the shed contained paint, oil and other flammable materials. About 2:30 a.m. Sept. 6, Sandra Winters testified, she was awakened ‘‘by a noise like a bang. I looked out my bedroom window and saw fire on the patio.” EVANGELIST GILBERT McCASKILL PASTOR ns CHURCH Three Nights Only Thursday, Friday, Saturday 122 Cherokee Street 7:30 PM If you like a church service where the worship & preaching is annointed, the word is presented so you can understand it, peo- ple’s lives are being changed, if so you will love this meeting.
