Perry, 88, of Candor, N.C., brother of Mrs. Annie Black of Kings Mountain, were con- ducted Wednesday afternoon from Blackwood Baptist Church Chapel in Pekin, near Mount Gilead. Also atteu:ling the services were Mr. Perry’s niece and nephew, Mr. and Mrs. Broadus Elam. Mr. Perry is also survived by three sons. : LORENA TERRY FOSTER Mrs. Lorena Terry Foster, 60, of 113 Center St., wife of John Foster, Jr., died at home Tuesday. She was a native of Cleveland County, daughter of Mrs. Annie Harbin of Kings Mountain and the late Charlie Terry. She was a member of Second Baptist Church. Surviving, in addition to her husband and mother, are two daughters, Jannie Rockholt of Gastonia and Anne Brock of Charlotte; two brothers, Herman Terry and Amos Terry, both of Kings Mountain; two sisters, Gladys Strange and Bonnie Hannah, both of Kings Moun- tain; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Rev. Eugene Land, Rev. Jerry Rockholt and Rev. Ansel Center will officiate at funeral services at 2 p.m. Thursday at Second Baptist Church. Interment will be in Mountain Rest Cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday night from 7 until 9 p.m. at Harris Funeral Home. ABE BLEDSOE Abe Henscley Bledsoe, 68, of 111 Chestnut St., Grover, died Tuesday morning at Kings Mountain Hospital. v. A native of Scott County, he was a retired textile: ee. the son of the late . and Rebecca dsoe. Surviving 3, Louise Collins Ralph Gilleree are his Bledsoe; sons, Bledsoe of Waco and Eugene Bledsoe of * Grover; four Srghiors, ‘Magy Blain of Blacksburg, C., Brenda ‘Elkins of Shelby, and Catherine Head and Donna Bledsoe, both of Grover; a brother, Carl Bledsoe of Kings Mountain; three sisters, Frances Lemmons of Shelby and Marie Delcado and Ethel Bledsoe of Winder, Ga. and eight grandchildren. Graveside services will be held Thursday afternoon at 3 p.m. from New Buffalo Bap- tist Church Cemetery by Rev. Bobby Haney and Rev. Philip Waugh. The family will receive friends Wednesday night at their home at 111 Chestnut Street in Grover. BENJAMIN CAMPBELL Funeral services for Ben- jamin Franklin Campbell, 72, of Green Haven Rest Home, who died Tuesday in the Kings Mountain Hospital, were conducted Saturday at 2 p.m. from Mother Waxter AME Zion Church in Addor, interment following in Wayne’s Cemetery in Moore County. Mr. Campbell was a native of Moore County and son of the late M. J. and Annie L. Campbell. He was a World War II veteran of the U. S. Army. Surviving are two brothers, Rev. M. L. Campbell of Kings Mountain and Walter Camp- bell of Fayetteville; and two sisters, Annie C. Sidburry of Fayetteville and Josephene C. Galloway of Greensboro. CLAUD EDWARDS Funeral services for Claud M. Edwards, 69, of Clinton, Pa., who died Monday in Beaver Valley Nursing Home in Pennsylvania, will be coa- ducted Thursday morning at 11 a.m. - from Kings Mountain’s Faith Baptist Church with Rev. John Stair and Rev. Harold Upton of- ficiating. Interment following in Mountain Rest Cemetery. A native of Maidson Coun- ty, Ga., he was a former Kings Mountain restaurant owner and a retired boiler maker. He was a member of - Evangel Baptist Church in Weirton, W.Va. The son of the late Claude W. and Maggie Sorror Ed- wards, he is survived by his wife, Irene Upchurch Ed- wards; a son, Michael Ed- wards of Pilot Mountain; three daughters, Gloria Celinsky of Bulger, Pa., Ruth Goforth, of Charlotte, and Patricia Edwards of Kings Mountain; and four brothers, George Edwards of Comer, Ga., M. J. Edwards of Augusta, Ga., Homer Ed- wards of Raeford and Stoye Edwards of Badin. The family will receive friends Wednesday night from 7 until 9 p.m. at Harris Funeral Home. CICERO FALLS Cicero H. Falls, 70, of Route 6, Country Side Road, died Sunday in the VA Hospital at Salisbury after several months illness. He was a native of Cleveland County, retired textile empliyes, and son of the late Cicero Shipp and Etheleene Goforth Falls. He was a veteran of World War II service and a Prisoner of War.
