The tickets are $5 each and the banquet will be held on March 24th at 6:30 p.m. at Kings Mountain Senior High Cafeteria. The public is invited, accor- ding to Banquet Chairman Bob Webster and Publicity Chairman Ronnie Hawkins. Tickets can also be obtained from Mr. Webster at Kings Mountain Office Supply and from Hawkins at Harris Funeral Home. b e The tickets will available at all area churches this Sunday, according to Hawkins. CLYDE DUPIN Clyde Dupin is one of America’s most experienced and successful crusade evangelists. He conducted his first city-wide crusade as a 19-year-old college student. He has traveled more than one million miles in evangelism and preached face-to-face to over two million people. He has devoted more than 20 years to full-time evangelism and has conducted more than 300 crusades. This in- terdenominational ministry has taken him to 35 different countries. In a crusade in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, 45,000 people attended the final crusade service. He is an or- dained minister and devotes most of his time to speaking for area-wide interdenomina- tional crusades throughout America and missionary crusades abroad. Dr. Dupin is known as a Bi- ble preacher and is author of two books,‘ ‘New Life In Christ’ and ‘‘Wake Up America’’. His weekly newspaper column is publish- ed in newspapers throughout the U. S. and has a potential one million readers each week. His biography, an ex- citing story of 20th century evangelism, called ‘‘The Evangelist’ ,was written by Bob Hill and published by ‘Cross Roads Books in 1980 and is available locally. Mission Work In Haiti To Be Shown At Dixon Louisa Munn, teacher at Ashley Junior High School in Gastonia, will give a slide and talk program on mis- sionary work in Haiti Sat., Feb. 7 at 6 p.m. at Dixon Presbyterian Church in Kings Mountain. Ms. Munn has made several trips to Haiti as a LAUREL MAYNARD Volunteer in Mission for the United Methodist Church. Following the program, light refreshments will be served. - : Rev. He was welcomed by the congregation at a covered dish dinner following worship services Sunday. Rev.
