SELLING YOUR rrr ret rr en pr er RUBY ALEXANDER YOUR HOME EQUITY Home equity loans are increas- ingly popular, and will probably be a more important part of the financial picture in the future. One reason is that mortgage loans remain deductible under the new tax law -- at least up to the amount of a home's purchase price plus any improvements. Consumer credit costs are not. That means that homeowners may use home equity loans in lieu of other borrowing. Home equity -- the value of your property, less whatever is owed on it -- represents a large part of most people's net worth, usually more than any other single asset. We hope they won't jeopardize that asset with careless borrowing. We work to protect your home equity when you sell. Because we follow closely real estate market trends and recent sales of com- parable houses, we can help you set the right asking price on your home and then sell it so that you'll end up with the best possi ble return. You'll like the results when you list with Alexander Realty 739-1616 fiditors note. 1iuby alexander has recently earned the CRS designation (Certified Residen- tial Specialist) from the Realtors National Marketing Institute, COME BY OUR OFFICE BY MONDAY, FEBRUARY 9TH AT 5:00 PM AND PLACE YOUR VALENTINE MESSAGE TO THAT SOMEONE SPECIAL EAST KING STREET AT CANTERBURY ROAD L
