Bridal attendants wore long formals of rose pink styl- ed similar to that of the maid’s gown and carried spr- ing bouquets. The junior bridesmaid wore a floor length dress of rose pink with white eyelet overlay. She carried a miniature bouquet of mixed flowers. The flower girls wore short pink dresses with white eyelet pinafores smocked in pink. Each carried a basket of mixed flowers. The bridegrooms’s father was best man. Groomsmen were Steven Harris, Grayson Harris, brothers of the bridegroom; William Bates of Henderson- ville, brother of the bride; John Underwood of Asheville, Daniel Houser of Winston Salem and Jeff Snotherly of Elkin. The bride’s parents enter- tained after the ceremony at a beautifully appointed reception at The Cedars in Hendersonville where the wedding theme was carried out in decorative details. After a wedding trip to Hilton Head Island, S. C., the newlyweds will be at home in Winston Salem.
