Coach Gary Blake’s Patriots finished 7-0 last year and gave up only 14 points on the season, but this year’s team is loaded with inex- perienced players, including 15 seventh graders. ‘“We’re basically young and rebuilding,” said Blake, who has coached the Patriots to a 12-2 mark over the past two seasons. “We have only five returning players and on- ly one that started for us last year.” The lone returning starter is offensive tackle Tony Young, who’ll anchor a big line which will include David teams have Jronged out and the league will be composed of all the schools from Cleveland and Rutherford counties.
