Instead, the ticket said she was the win- ner of a brand-new 1988 Oldsmobile Cutless Supreme. Morris mailed the ticket last week and should receive her car within 30 days, she said. Morris nearly lost her ticket after discovering she was a win- ner. “It blew out of my hands when I got up to show someone who didn’t believe me,” she said. “We looked for five or 10 minutes before we found it!” Morris, a sophomore at Kings Mountain Senior High School, " PAULA MORRIS Car In McDonald’s Pro - Morris Wins has already decided to sell the car, which is valued at $16,000. “I’m going to sell it and use the money to fix-up my (Cheverolet) Blazer,” she said. Morris receiv- ed the Blazer as a present last Christmas. McDonald’s is giving away 500 Cutlass Supremes during its cur- rent Monopoly game promotion, Morris said. According to an odds chart posted in McDonald’s at Plaza Shopping Center where Morris won the car, the odds of winning a car by receiving an in- stant winner game piece are one in 978,668.
