The bride was given in marriage by the bridegroom's father. Mrs. Woods is the daughter of Mrs. Shirley Miller and the late Daniel M. Miller of Shawnee, Ohio. The bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Bynum L. Woods of Kings Mountain. A graduate of Kings Mountain Senior High School, he is at- tending college in Belmont and is employed by Esther Mills of Shelby. S. degree in Economic Finance and Banking in 1988 from Appalachian State University and is employed as a bond underwriter for Aetna Life and Casualty Co. in Charlotte.
