"The goal is always the same, to minister to the family as a whole by bringing everyone to- gether through gospel music." In the words of Brian Rose, "We have Gospel Music BY BETTY GOODSON found that if the spirit of God is upon the music., it will minister to everyone." Kurt Young recorded responded "Music was created for worship of the Lord Jesus Christ, if we can lead people in worship than at that point we feel successful.” Brain Yandell agreed "Nothing we could ever do can change anyone, but if we can lead people into the presence of God through our mes- sages in song, there we can all be changed." All four artist feel the songs chosen are proving powerful in ministry. Their newest release is "Does Jesus Ever Cross Your Heart." Mark Trammel of the Cathedrals Quartet and Roger Talley of The Talley's produced the project for Homeland. Mark and Roger had this to say about the group, "The question has been asked, are there any young groups coming along that have a desire to keep traditional gospel music alive?" The answer is yes! Priority has dedicated their ministry to be just that, a real ministry through traditional quartet music. They feel that this multi-talented, energetic young group has only scratched the surface of their potential to be a driving force in the southern gospel music arena. Brian Rose expressed Priority's elation with these words, "The op- © portunity to sing on a label with artists like the Cathedrals and the Speers is something we do not take lightly. Scott Crawley agrees, "We. are really excited to be involved with Homeland." The future does look bright for the talented group of young artists as they minister to the world through souther gospel music. Their youth is refreshing, their en- thusiasm is contagious, but most importantly of all...their message is life changing. r Holiday Food Safety HEALTH VIEWS_ RAGAN HARPER THANKSGIVING arrives this week, when food often gets left on the table for hours during the day.
