Recycling Site To Be Set Up impose a ban on household garbage being dumped there. Wood said the city needs to run a recycling site but not if sanitation workers have to sort out the garbage and there is a real problem with enforcement. "We need to reduce our costs at the landfill and it's in our best in- terest to run the site but we intend to keep the site free of litter," he said. .
