SHANNON CHRISTOPHER BRIDGES Kiser-Bridges Waco Baptist Church was the setting Jan. 20 for the 4 p. m. wedding uniting Heidi Denise Kiser and Shannon Christopher Bridges in mar- riage. 3 The Rev. Garry Huntsinger of Cherryville officiated at the double- ring ceremony. Marth Grigg of Waco was pianist and Lise Davis of Conover was vo- calist for the program of wedding music. The bride, given in marriage by her father,wore an ivory formal wed- ding gown and carried a bouquet of pink flowers accented with pink and ivory ribbon. Amy Grigg of Waco was maid of honor and bridesmaids were Kim McSwain of Shelby and Keitha Kiser, the bride's sister, of Waco. All the attendants wore pink tea-length formals and carried baskets of pink and ivory baskets with pink and ivory ribbon covering the handles. The bridegroom's father was best man. Ushers were Perry Davis of Kings Mountain and Jason Bivins of Lawndale. Sherry Griggs of Waco invited guests to register. : Diane Davis of Kings Mountain directed the wedding. Waco Baptist Church Fellowship Hall was scene of the reception after the ceremony. Debra McSwain, Suzanne Carpenter and Lois Owen were hostesses. The wedding cake, decorated in pink and ivory, centered the bride's table. The bridegroom's family hosted the rehearsal dinner Friday evening in the church fellowship hall. Keith and Evelyn Kiser of Route 2 Cherryville are parents of the bride who is a 1989 graduate of Burns Senior High School and attended Appalachian State University. She is employed by A Kids World Day Care in Shelby. She is the granddaughter of Lawrence and Dorothy Grigg of Waco and Wesley and Pearl Kiser of Kings Mountain. The bridegroom is the son of Wayne and Theresa Bridges of Route 2 Cherryville. He atttends Bums Senior High School and is employed by Winn Dixie. He is the grandson of Paul and Ollie Bridges of Waco and Mrs. Sue Greene of Shelby. After a wedding trip to Boone the newlyweds will be at home in Cherryville. : Can You Believe It? DENNIS RAYMOND CAVENY Daniel-Caveny Belmont Church of Nashville, Tennessee was the setting Jan. 20 for the wedding of Lynn Daniel and Dennis Raymond Caveny. Dr. Don Finto officiated at the double-ring ceremony for which music was presented by Dana Karr, harpist, and Ann Richards, flutist. The bride was given in marriage by her father. She wore a gown of globrite taffeta with a pleated sweetheart neckline and pleated puff sleeves. A silken Venice lace insert accented with pearls and sequins de- tailed the bodice. She carried a cascade of white lilies, miniature mums and stephanotis, accented with strands of pearls and ivy. Julie Daniel of Bowling Green, Ky. was her sister's maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Stacie Shoulders and Susan Shurtz, both of Nashville, and Tammie McKelvy of Clyde, Texas. Elizabeth Caveny of Bostic, niece of the bridegroom, was flower girl. Best man for the bridegroom was his father, Floyd Odell Caveny of Kings Mountain. Ushers were Dale Caveny of Bostic, brother of the bridegroom; Billy Daniel of Bowling Green, Ky., brother of the bride, Mikal West, Scott Davis and Mark Apple, all of Nashville. The bride's parents hosted the beautifully-appointed wedding recep- tion in the church fellowship hall. The bridegroom's parents hosted the rehearsal dinner at Maude's Courtyard in Nashville. After a wedding trip to Cancun, Mexico, the newlyweds are at home at 185 Twin Oaks Drive, Nashville, Tennessee. Mr.and Mrs. William Nicks Daniel Jr. of Bowling Green, Ky. are par- ents of the bride who is employed as Product Administrator for The Benson Company in Nashville, Tennessee. She is a member of Kappa Delta Sorority. She is granddaughter of Mrs. William N. Daniel of Nashville, Tennessee. Mr.and Mrs. Floyd Odell Caveny of Kings Mountain are parents of the bridegroom who is grandson of Mrs. Harlin Caveny of Kings Mountain and Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Ruppe of Gaffney, S.C. He is em- ployed as Production Manager at Prism Productions Inc. in Nashville, Tennessee. MRS. MITCHELL R. DELLINGER Beaver-Dellinger New Camp Creek Baptist Church was the setting Saturday for the 3 p.m. wedding of Tammy Lorene Beaver and Mitchell Raymond Dellinger. The Rev. H. E. Tutherow officiated at the double-ring ceremony for which wedding music was presented by Bill Daves, organist, and Patricia Haskins, soloist. The bride was given in marriage by her father. Miss Pamela Beaver attended her sister as maid of honor and brides- maids were Samantha McNeely of Kings Mountain and Cindy Beaver of Lincolnton. Kim Fowler of Kings Mountain presided at the register and Myrtle McNeely of Kings Mountain was wedding director. Best man for the bridegroom was his brother, Loney Dellinger of Lincolnton,. Ushers were Jeff Crump of Denver and Brian Rogers of Lincolnton. The bride and bridegroom cut their wedding cake at a reception after the ceremony in the church fellowship hall. Annette Jones and Helena Britian were hostesses. Mr. and Mrs. Thomas W. Beaver of Kings Mountain are parents of the bride who is a graduate of Kings Mountain Senior HIgh School and is employed at Hugger's Manufacturing in Lincolnton. She is the grand- daughter of Mrs. Floice McNeely and the late Thomas L. McNeely of Shelby and Noah Lee Beaver and the late Altie Beaver of Mooresboro. "The bridegroom is the son of Mr.and Mrs. Donald Sailors of Lincolnton and the late Bob Dellinger. He is a graduate of Lincolnton High School and is employed by Burris Inc. He is grandson of Mrs. Velma Heafner of Lincolnton the late Paul Heafner and Mrs. Mattie Dellinger of Lincolnton and the late Arvil Dellinger. Lincolnton will be home for the newlyweds after their return from a trip to the mountains and Boone.
