Track From Page 1-A "The track will run basically in a modified oval, up and down pat- tern, and we have the intention of landscaping the area nicely and planting trees. Future plans also call for lighting the track and putting up picnic shelters as we have funds available," said Recreation Director David: Hancock. In addition to work at the walk- ing track, city crews are busy this week on a backlog of water line leaks and have scheduled final in- spection of the Waco Waterline project and roof inspection at City Hall and Citizens Service Center. Howard said city officials will meet Tuesday with seven Woodside area property owners to discuss drainage problems. In an effort to correct the problem, city crews want to run drain lines along property lines from Woodside to Brookwood Drive. Howard said the city is currently reviewing drawings and specifications for a sewer line project at KM Industrial Park, water plant improvements and Bridges Drive drainage study, and expect to receive drawings for anew 5 million gallon water stor- age tank. Howard said the city ex- pects to choose an architect soon for the renovation project at the old post office.
