At least according to the studies which tested charges that caffeine increased blood pressure or the heart rate. It seems that only non-regular caffeine consumers had a slight, temporary blood-pressure elevation after drinking up to five cups of coffee. Researchers say that caffeine may tend to make the heart beat somewhat more forcefully ~ a reaction that isn't normally harmful to health. But coffee, tea, and colas have been shown to deplete the body's stores of thiamine, and that is bad for the heart. Your health is precious. Guard it well. Harp Prescription Pharmacy 709 W.
