Myron George, chairperson of the group, outlined the reasons for forming the group and some of the goals and issues it will address. George said the organization . was just a group of concerned Kings Mountain citizens -- not just parents. "What happens in our schools affects everyone in the communi- ty," said George. "That's what we're here for. "We don't want you to think we think everything about the schools is bad. "Hopefully you'll give some in- put to administrators and the board and let them know how you feel about the issues," George said. "I think the majority of people and Godly morals to be involved in the classroom," he said. The organization has discussed having members attend school board meetings.
