The Public will take Notice that the City Council of the
City of Kings Mountain will, at its regular meeting to be held
at 7:30 p.m. on the 24th day of November, 1992, consider a
Resolution authorizing the exchange of real property owned
by the City of Kings Mountain on New Camp Creek Church
Road for the real property owned by the New Camp Creek
Baptist Church which is located adjacent to the above de-
scribed property. The estimated value of both properties are
equivalent.
The survey showing the proposed exchange of property is
on file and open for public inspection in the City Clerk's office.
No other consideration will change hands.

The City of Kings Mountain has an opening in the Parks and
Recreation Department for an experienced, motivated individ-
ual to plan, organize, and direct a variety of programs and
activities for youth and adults at the Community Center. Work is
performed under the supervision of the Parks and Recreation
Director. Qualifications include graduation from high school and
considerable experience in programming recreation activities.
The position requires night and/or weekend work.
Salary range: $16,468 - $22,148
