Billy Joe McCutcheon, 20, 404 N. Battleground, felony possession of co- caine and felony possession to sell and deliver cocaine, bond, $2,000 secured. INCIDENTS Henry Manning, 3 Chesterfield Apt., reported that a man kicked in the door at his apartment. Three suspects were charged. Ed Greer, 32, of 500 Margrace Rd., was charged with mis- cellaneous breaking and entering, $300 bond, secured. Rex Webb, 33, § Chesterfield, was charged with drunk and disruptive and his $300 bond was secured. Tyrone C. Crocker, 19, 306 Campbell Circle, was served with an order for arrest for failure to appear on charges of larceny and officers Sgt. Derek Johnson and Ptl. Melvin Proctor also served him an order for arrest on charges of assault on an officer. His $4,000 bond was secured. Express Store, 212 E. King St., re- ported an incident of shoplifting. Police recovered the quart of malt liquor beer taken from the store report- edly by a suspect concealing brass knuckles. Chief Warren Goforth and Ptl. Melvin Proctor charged Cleveland Mackey Jr., 35, of 67 Qverbrook Drive, Asheville, with shoplifting and carry- ing a concealed weapon. His $1,000 bond was secured. Little Dan's, York Road, reported two incidents of forgery and uttering by customers in the amounts of $225.00 and $280. Kings Mountain High School, Phifer Rd., reported larceny of Apple Computer equipment valued at $2,000. Carolina State Bank reported that a customer forged a check in the amount of $100. Josephine Marable reported a lost or stolen automobile tag. The number: BPH 8388. Elizabeth Gault, 915 Sherwood, re- ported that a juvenile shot out double pane windows at her home with a BB gun. The damage is estimated at $1100. ‘Mary Broadwell, 406 Garrison Dr, reported larceny of $2,287 worth of golf clubs and equipment from her res- idence. : Vilay. Thongphounphin, 18 Chesterfield, reported that a female struck him with her fist. Rings on her finger cut his face, he said, and he was alsa struck with a bat. Yolando Hines. of Pine Manor Apartment, and Keisha Metts, 900 damages were estimated at 5/00 Grace St, told police they were as- saulted on Bennett Drive by the male friend of one of the victims. Police ad- vised warrants. Carolyn Brown, 84 Pine Manor, re- ported that her house was broken into by vandals who took a $239 VCR and damaged a window and screens. William Earl Ramsey, 119 McGinnis St., reported theft of $200 in jewelry during a break-in at his home which was damaged $125. Police are looking for a black male in a small white car who reportedly fired two shots into the home of Beverly Malone, 406 N. Battleground. Malone said she was in the bedroom watching a movie on television and a child was asleep in the house.
