Students are eligible for the list
if they earn at least a 3.2 grade
point average on a 4.0 scale while
taking 15 or more letter grade cred-
it hours. They also are eligible if
they earn a 3.5 grade point average

pate in the community scholarship
program each year. He said the
1993 scholarship winner will be
announced in the spring.
Emmert said factors such as
scholastic records principal's en-
dorsements, motivation, leadership
qualities and personality character-
istics will be considered during the
selection process. He said that the
interview committee would include

University; Suzanne Wasiolek,
Dean for Student Life, Duke
University; Dr. Joseph Lowman,
