Steak house to be sold The old steak house on the one acre lot at the corner of East King Street and Piedmont Avenue will ~ be sold at auction Tuesday, March ~ 9,at 1:01 p.m. Carolina Auction Team Inc. of Spartanburg, SC will conduct an "absolute" sale of the property which has been vacant for some time. School Board meets Monday The Kings Mountain Board of Education will go over its prelimi- nary budget for the 1993-94 school year and discuss the Performance Based Accountability Program at Monday night's meeting at 7 p.m. at the Superintendent's Office.
