Page 2A-THE KINGS MOUNTAIN HERALD-Thursday, September 16, 1993 Obituaries ADELE BOLIN - BLACKSBURG, S.C. - Adcle Randall Bolin, 61, of 253 Roark Road, died September 8, 1993 at Gaston Memorial Hospital. A native of Cleveland County, she was the daughter of the late Charlie Z. and Lucy Digh Randall. She was employed as a seamstress at Minette Mills in Grover, and she was a member of Shiloh Presbyterian Church in Grover. She is survived by her husband, Robert Bolin; three sons, Charlie Ervin Bolin of Clinton, S.C., Richard Dale Bolin of Charleston, S.C., and Ricky Robin Bolin of Andres Island, Bahamas; five brothers, Hal Randall of Honsdale, Pa., Walter Randall of Morganton, Buren Randall of Vale, Larry Randall of Valdese, and Jack Randall of Lawndale; and three sis- ters, Millie Lackey of Valdese, Kathryn Brackett of West Palm Beach, Fla., and Janice Morrison of Shelby. A graveside service was con- -ducted by the Rev. Nancy Mugford Friday at 2:30 p.m. at Grover Cemetery. A memorial services was held Friday at 4:30 at Shiloh Presbyterian Church. Memorials may be made to Shiloh Presbyterian Church, Cleveland Avenue, Grover, N.C. 28073; or to the Whitten Center, P.O. Drawer 239, Clinton, S.C. 29325. THEODORE SIMMONS Theodore Simmons, 83, of 115 North City St., died September 9, 1993 at Kings Mountain Hospital ‘after a lengthy illness. A native of St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, he was the son of the late Clinton and Nellie Simmons. He had lived in Kings Mountain 18 years. Surviving are his wife, Maxine Simmons; one son, Victor Simmons; one daughter-in-law, Betty Simmons of Gastonia; four sisters, Eldra Hasgourne and Marie Edwards of New York City, Inez Magorian of Kernersville and Mae DeLugo of St. Thomas, Virgin Islands; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. The funeral was conducted Monday at 4 p.m. at Bynum Chapel AME Zion Church by Rev. Stellie Jackson. Burial was in Mountain Rest Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Bynum Chapel building fund.
