Call NOW, and get ready to hear the seasons as they really sound! Dear Mr. Hanna, I wish to express my sincere thanks to you for your handling of my hearing problems. I found you to be not only knowledgeable about these problems, but also kind and very considerate. Another thing I found was that you do not give up easily and you always think positive. People who have had considerable problems with hearing and hearing aids might tend to become discouraged and give up without further efforts. I feel that such people would most likely benefit from giving you an opportunity to check them out and evaluate their needs. I know that you are glad to work with such people and give them an honest evaluation and recommendation. Again thanks and my very best wishes. .
