Ollie Harris of Kings Mountain, and House members Edith Lutz of Polkville, John Weatherly of Kings Mountain and Dr. Jack Hunt of ta Lattimore. "We believe the passage of the bill is in the public interest," said Maner. The proposed legislation would require that sellers of residential re- al property, of one to four units, must disclose to prospective buyers those property conditions that are not easily observable which may adversely affect the value of the property.
