Bethany reunion The Bethany Elementary PTO and volunteers from the Bethany community will host the "Bethany Historical Program and Exhibit" Sunday, May 22 at 2 p.m. at Bethany Elementary School, locat- ed on Maynard Grayson Road near Clover, SC. ; The primary purpose of the pro- gram is to recognize students who attended the feeder schools which consolidated into Bethany and to also recognize students who at- tended Bethany High School, which existed until 1946. ‘At this time, there are records of 23 schools in the Bethany area, in- cluding Adams, Allison Creek, Battleground, Bethany, Bethany Presbyterial Boarding School, Bowling Green, Buffalo Church, Center Hill, Clarks Fork, Crawford, Cross Roads, Davis, Dixie, Fairfield, Fairview, Flint Hill, Hambright, Henry, Hero, \Las Brisas Collection + 2 ~ivles Folding Sling Sets Take Your Pick 199” - The Regency Collection Mountain View, Santiago, Zadok, and Zoar. It will consist of 80 photographs dating from 1903-46, text books, includ- ing a 1851 copy of "The Pictorial Primer," school rolls from 10 of the schools dating from 1886-1930, copies of "The Bethany Blab" newspaper from the 1940s, and many other items of interest.
