MRS. ERIC WADE SPICER

McGinnis-Spicer
Resurrection Evangelical Lutheran Church was the setting May 21 for
the wedding of Kimberly Jane McGinnis and Eric Wade Spicer.

Anne Deal was organist and Anne Martin Futterer was soloist. Mrs.
Futterer sang "My Heart Ever Faithful" and "Whither Thou Goest."
Michael Thomas Bell was cross bearer and Virginia Bess McGinnis was
acolyte.
The bride was given in marriage by her father. She wore a formal wed-
ding gown of ivory silk. The bodice of the gown was accentuated with
hand-beaded pearls and sequins. The full, silk skirt was enhanced by a
bow with sequins. The fingertip veil of rolled edge illusion was attached to
a back spray of ivory satin rosettes, sequined leaves and pearl sprays. The
bride carried a cascading bouquet of white roses, stephanotis and assorted
greenery.
The bride's sisters, Patricia Lynn McGinnis and Ashley Elizabeth
McGinnis, were maids of honor. They wore short, knee-length, pale pink
dresses designed with full sleeves scattered with pearls. They carried bou-
quets of pink roses, stargazer lilies and purple iris.

groom.
Anne Campbell and Emily Campbell, cousins of the bride, kept the reg-
ister. Programs were distributed by JJ Warlick and Susan Hendricks. Rice
bouquets were distributed by Susan Smith.

overlaid suit with rhinestone buttons.

mixed greenery accented with hurricane lamps and white candles. The
wedding cake was topped and decorated with fresh pink rosebuds. The
cake was cut and served by Mrs. Doris S. McGinnis and Mrs. Doris
Cloninger. Assisting in serving punch were Robin Warlick and Liza
