Sigismondi, 37, criminal summons, failure to keep child in school. Court date is June 29 in Cleveland County District Court. Laura Dee Bolin, 31, 84 Pine Manor, DWI, $300 bond, unsecured. Trial date is July 17 in Cleveland County District Court. Cecil Howard Campbell, 64, 832 First St., assault on a police officer, $500 bond, secured. According to the report the suspect allegedly struck Sgt. K. M. Simpson on the left arm. Loyd Christopher Short, 33, 702 Bridges Dr., violation of noise ordi- nance, citation. Billy Waldrop Beheler, 48, 121 1/2 McGinnis St., cruelty to animals, crim- inal summons. Trial date is July 12 in Cleveland County District Court. Tammie Aiken Cerososimo, 25, 90 Pine Manor, order for arrest, worthless checks. The suspect was turned over to Gaston County authorities. Roy Lee Watts, 25, 1313 W. May St., Gastonia, damage to property and resist, obstruct and delay, $300 bond, secured. Able Smith Jr., 47, 817 Church St., driving while license revoked, citation. Damen Carl Tanner, 18, 3700 Jenn Lane, Paducah, Ky., simple possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, $300 bond, secured. Mitchell Carlis Broadway, 29, 1017 Sherwood Lane, communicating threats, assault on a female and simple assault, $1.000 bond, secured. Gwendolyn Brown Jackson, 52, 114 Wildbrook Dr., fictitious registration and no inSurance, citations. Johnny Joe Alexander, 37, 625 Meadowbrook Rd., two counts of as- sault on a female, $600 bond, secured. Wendi Michelle Goode, 18, 904 Hawthorne Rd., Shelby. disorderly conduct, $300 bond. unsecured. Tina Michelle Goode, 904 Hawthorne Rd., assault on police offi- cer T. B. Fletcher. The suspect report- edly struck the officer while he was trying to arrest Jeffrey Goode for disor- derly conduct., Jeffrey Daniel Goode, 39, 904 Hawthorne Rd., Shelby, disorderly conduct, $300 bond, unsecured. Quintin Kim Schenck, 26, 252 Tobe Bridge Rd., DWI, $300 bond, unse- cured. ! INCIDENTS Sherman Jenkins reported theft of two bicycles from his carport. Carl Wiesener Jr., 105 S. Piedmont Ave., reported theft of over $10,000 worth of tools from his residence. The items included a Craftsman tool set with chest, a Sencore 100 MHZ oculo- scope, a Block and Decker grinder, an Old Milwaukee saw and a speed ham- mer drill. Alfred Lovelace, 117 Deal St., re- ported theft of a car jack. Sylvia Ann Harbison, 524 Baker St., reported theft of five bicycles from the. back porch of her apartment. The bicy- cles are valued at $560. Alphatex Inc., 307 S. Cansler St., reported theft of two aluminum dock ramps valued at $1000. Hardees, E. King St., reported theft of $102 in dimes. Connie Parker, 115 Pagan Dr., said that the hood of her car was damaged by someone rubbing raw dough on it. Charlene Ross, 58 Pine Manor, re- ported theft of a microwave oven. Michael Cobb, 611 W. Gold St., re- ported theft of a $2659 Mercury out- board boat motor from his boat parked in his yard. Pic N Pay Shoes reported theft of a pair of shoes valued at $12.09. KM Parks & Recreation reported that a bathroom stall was damaged $500 at the Deal Street Pool. City of Kings Mountain reported theft of $25 in soft drinks and $10 from snacks at Moss Lake Office on New Camp Creck Road. A metal roll-up window was damaged $25. Burger King, 717 York Road, re- ported that a hit and run driver struck a steel pole in the parking lot and left the scene. The damages were estimated at $500. Denise Hill, 406 Baker St., reported that he loaned his 1985 Thunderbird to a suspect to drive to a store and the car was not returned. Withrow Properties, John Price Rd, Charlotte, reported $200 damage to a metal door at 20 Westgate Mobile Home Park. SALE NOW IN PROGRESS 1/2 PRICE in Store Inventory Belinda Hutchens, 204 Orr Terrace, reported theft of currency and a tan leather pocketbook. Brantley Mercer, 203 Thornburg Dr., reported that the parking light and headlight of his 1977 Mercury, were damaged by someone using a stick. WRECKS JUNE 5 Ptl. Lisa Capps said that Chad Everette Bridges, 313 N. Dilling St., was backing his 1993 Nissan truck from his driveway and struck a 1993 Chevrolet truck parked on the roadway. The parked vehicle was owned by Casey Dean Jones, 623 Oak Grove Rd. JUNE 6 Ptl. M.E. Jamerson said that a 1993 Chevrolet SW operated by William Zura Cashion, 1006 York Rd., backed into a 1995 Chevrolet truck at the drive-through window at Burger King. The truck was operated by William Todd Waddell of Bessemer City and was reportedly damaged $350. Ptl. Bob Myers said that a 1992 Pontiac operated by Kim Mullins of Clover, SC struck a 1981 Ford operat- ed by Richard Meeks, 701 Flowe St, Gastonia. The accident happened at Cleveland Avenue and LInwood Road as the Mullins vehicle was coming out of a service station parking lot. Damages were estimated at $2000. JUNE 9 Ptl. Roger Goforth said that a 1995 Chevrolet operated by Barbara Ormand, 112 Churchill Dr., backed from a parking space ‘at Linwood Store and struck a parked 1995 Hyundai owned by Cynthia Holland, 215 Branchwood Circle. Damages were estimated at $425. JUNE 10 Cars operated by Avis Brown, 211 Virginia Ave., and Darrell Cozart, 101 Springdale Ave.. Grover, hit at West King and Juniper Streets. Ptl.
