(In Loving Memory of N Sean Garris April 18, 1971 - Sept. 3, 1994 Sean, We miss you so much. You've been gone a year now, and it's so hard to believe that it's been that long. It's been a sad, hurtful, devestating, lonely year. Really though it doesn't seem that long, because your memories are still fresh in our hearts and minds, and the pain in our hearts is still very raw. We miss you more than we can ever explain. People say time will heal the heart, but we know these people are just trying to be kind,. because the love we had for you and lost from you can never be healed with time. There's a void in our lives now that can never be filled, and a break in our hearts that will never mend. We know we should be happy for you, because you are walking with God, but we are selfish and want you back, If only for just one more day. We'll always remember you, love you and miss you. With all our love, Mama, Reid, Daddy, Debbie, Lisa, DK, Kim, \ Alan, nephews & niece and Ashley and Tonya. J City offices to open 8 a.m.-5 p.m. The city will begin enforcing a 1989 personnel policy which calls for the City Hall and government offices to open at 8 a.m. daily and close at 5 p.m. Councilman Jim Guyton brought the attention to City Council two months ago that the city was vio- FALL SALE lating its own policy and again Tuesday he read it to Council and called for its implementation. "If the policy says 8-5 we will do," said Interim City Manager Gary Hicks. "I was told by some at City Hall that I had to make a motion to get this done but this policy clearly calls for a 40-hour work week and now the hours are 8:30 to 5 p.m. with employees taking an hour or more for lunch," he said. No other Council members com- mented and a vote was not taken. THE CO.
