Jimmy Maney pre- sented a petition from Woodbark Lane residents for natural gas and Planning Director Steve Killian updated the proposed subdivision changes and how they would affect the city utility extensions. ! ; Ollis also presented a proposed contract for emergency water be- tween Kings Mountain to the Cleveland County Sanitary District and said it awaits signatures of City Council as soon as the cost is determined after budget delibera- tions by Council. City Manager Gary Hicks pro- posed an agreement for priority utility customers which would mean that people who are on life support systems and have difficulty paying their utility bills would not have their power cut off for non- payment. *Permanent Hair Removal o ous = pre *Facial & Body Hair 7 RN sMedically Approved { CF) i «Sterile — NC Licensed, Member IGPE Free Consultation 629-4303 ELECTROLYSIS) § Bessemer City, NC \_ Kim Costner, LE - Image Consultant / MAYBELLE DOVER Maybelle Carroll Dover, 80, of White Oak Manor in Shelby, died May 17, 1996 at White Oak Manor.
