A native of Cleveland County, she was the daughter of the late Jim and Effie LeRicheux Phillips, and wife of the late Frank R. Price. She was a homemaker and a member of First Baptist Church. She is survived by her son, Fred Price of High Point; and twos grandchildren. She was f| preceded in death by her JOHN IDA WHITE John Ida White, 65, 414 Wilson Street, Kings Mountain, died July 11, 1996 at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte af- ter an illness of three days. A lifelong resident of Kings Mountain, she was a member of New Bynum's Chapel A.M.E. Zion Church and was em- ployed by Kings Mountain Convalescent Center. She is survived by her hus- band, Robert L. White Sr.; sons, Melvin White, Robert L. White Jr., James White, Alfred White and Mirion White; daughters, Johanna White Gray and La Donna Sebrinnna White; and 10 grandchildren. The funeral was conducted by the Rev. Stellie Jackson July 14 at 3 p.m. at New Bynum's Chapel A.M.E. Zion Church. Burial was in Mountain Rest Cemetery. EUNICE McKINNEY Eunice Page McKinney, 93, a resident of Bryan Nursing Center, Lincolnton, died July 10, 1996 at Bryan Center. A native of Cleveland County, she was the daughter of the late Aaron and Onie Dover Page, and wife of the late James Frank McKinney. She was a homemaker and a mem- ber of Interdenominational Holiness Church. we She is survived by her sister, Carrie Page Grady of Bessemer City. The funeral was conducted by the Rev. Janice Hicks and Walter Martin Sunday at 3 p.m. at Kings Mountain Interdenominational Holiness Church. Burial was in Bessemer City Memorial Park. BEATRICE STUTTS Beatrice Stewart "Bea" Stutts, 83, 207 McGill Court, Kings Mountain, died July 11, 1996 at Kings Mountain Hospital. A native of Gaston County, she was the daughter of the late James Lee and Florence Huffman Hope, and wife of the late George Stutts. She was em- ployed by White Oak Manor, Kings Mountain. She is survived by her broth- er, Calvin Hope of Polkville; and © two: sisters, Mae Stringfellow and Eulala Doby of - Kings Mountain. The funeral was conducted by the Rev. King St., Kings Mountain, NC 28086. REV. W.G. SHIRAH CHARLOTTE - Rev. William Grady Shirah, 79, 2444-C Midland Avenue, died July 6, 1996 at White Oak Manor in Kings Mountain. A native of Oakpark, GA, he was the son of the late Dallas Shirah and Mary Elizabeth Howell Shirah. He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II, and a Church of God minister. He had retired from Fruehauf Trucking as a foreman and at- tended Dallas Church of God. He is survived by his wife, Bonnie O. A native of Cleveland County, she was the daughter of the late Vance Eugene and Florence Crawford Tate, and wife of the late James Odell ~—"Tke" Pruitt. She was a former assistant dietitian at Kings Mountain Hospital and a mem- ber of First Baptist Church, Spartanburg, SC. She is survived by her son, Kenneth Pruitt of Tucker, Ga.; daughter, Linda P. Floyd of Ashland, Ohio; brother, Grady Tate of Kings Mountain; sisters, Mozelle Putnam of Kings Mountain and Irene England of N. Hollywood, CA; five grand- children and two great-grand- children. NELLIE MAE GREEN Nellie Mae Green, 85, 610 East Ridge Street, Kings Mountain, died July 11, 1996 at Cleveland Regional Medical Center. He was a retired textile worker. He is survived by his wife, Louise Faye Gantt Ivey of Kings -Mountain; sons, William D. Ivey and James Michael Ivey of Kings Mountain; brother, Alton Ivey of Kings Mountain; sisters, Sarah George, Hazel Poteat, Mildred Parker and Marion Cloninger of Kings Mountain; one grandchild and one great- grandchild.
