PARKER Sarah Summitt Parker, 77, 109 South Watterson Street, Kings Mountain, died September 16, 1996 at White Oak Manor in Kings Mountain. A native of Mecklenburg County, she was the daughter of the late Andrell B. and Laura Mae Ross Summitt Sr. She was a homemaker and a member of First Church of the Nazarene, | Kings Mountain. She is survived by her son, Ray Parker of Kings Mountain; brother, Andrell B. Summitt Jr. of Bowie, Md.; sister, Pauline Terris of Kings Mountain; and two grandchildren.
