MARY WATSON Mary Ruth Case Wilson, 46, Drive, Kings A native of Rutherford She is survived by her Fuss Dale Watson of Kings Mountain; daughter, Angela Dawn Watson of Kings Mountain; brothers, Johnny Case and Paul Case; sisters, Elizabeth Mote and Louise Cooper of Shelby, Esther Bradshaw of Yadkinville, and Martha McKinney of Kings Mountain. The funeral was conducted by the Rev. Stan McNair Monday at 2 p.m. at Harris Memorial Chapel. Burial was in Mountain Rest Cemetery. GLADYS STRANGE Gladys Terry Strange, 79, 814 A native of Haywood County, she was the daughter of the late Charles W. Terry and Annie Terry Harbin, and wife of the late Wade Strange. She was also preceded in death by her daughter, Juanita Louise Case. She: was retired from Tultex Corp. MRS. MARK LENZIE BIBBS (Chermayne Marie Rayford) Rayford-Bibbs Thomas J. Boyd Chapel in Raleigh was the setting September 7 for the wedding of Chermayne Marie Rayford and Mark Lenzie Bibbs. The Rev. Dennis C. Wilson of Kings Mountain and Dr. Archie D. Logan Jr. of Raleigh officiated the 10 a.m. ceremony. The bride was given in marriage by her father. Timothy FE. Hunter of Albany, Ga. was best man. Janelle S. Rayford of Charlotte was maid of honor. The couple received wedding guests at a reception at the Capital City Club in Raleigh and then took a wedding trip to Cancun, Mexico. Mr. and Mrs. James W. Rayford of Raleigh are parents of the bride. She attended North Carolina Central University in Durham and is employed at Station WZZU 103.9 FM. The bridegroom is the son of Mrs. Christine Bibbs of Kings Mountain. He attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill undergraduate and law school. He is a practicing attorney in Raleigh. Santa Claus was the star of the show and distributed pre- sents to nine children. On one of the coldest nights of the year, the kids bundled up for a ride to Masonic Temple for hot dogs and hamburgers and all the trimmings and Shriner hospitality.
