Grier, 33, of 500 Margrace Rd., faces two federal in- dictments of possession with intent to distribute cocaine and drug traf- ficking with a firearm following his arrest by Kings Mountain Police April 22. Ptl. S. M. Skinner served the two felony warrants and also a warrant for assault with a deadly weapon at the suspect's home. Grier was transported by KMPD to Cleveland County Annex Jail to be held until a U. S. Marshal picked him up for transport to Asheville. Grier's $1500 bond was secured.
