Grier faces
two drug charges
Everett C. Grier, 33, of 500
Margrace Rd., faces two federal in-
dictments of possession with intent
to distribute cocaine and drug traf-
ficking with a firearm following his
arrest by Kings Mountain Police
April 22.
Ptl. S. M. Skinner served the two
felony warrants and also a warrant
for assault with a deadly weapon at
the suspect's home. Grier was
transported by KMPD to Cleveland
County Annex Jail to be held until
a U. S. Marshal picked him up for
transport to Asheville. Grier's $1500
bond was secured.

Andrew Bess Jr., 26, of 919 Grace
St., reported a strong arm robbery
at Little Dan's on York Road. The
victim said he was struck in the
parking area by a subject who took

reported that her front door was

Lane, reported that vandals
knocked down the fence and cut
the locks on the door of Bunches’
Warehouse at the Margrace doing
$500 damage.
Hughlen Max Miller, 204 Walker
St., reported that vandals damaged
a window of his car.
Krishl Sees, 19, 204 Parrish Dr.,
reported that she was assaulted
and the screen from her storm door
damaged.
Gail Phillips, 402 E. Parker St.
reported theft of her automobile

A parked 1994 Mazda owned by
Julie Haas, 1127 Old Post Rd, Waco,
was struck in the parking lot of
Rick's Ole Country Store. Damages
were estimated at $700.

on West Parker Street. The 1989
Chevrolet truck was damaged

Love's Fishbox parking lot and
struck a parked 1988 hevrolet
owned by Phillip Carpenter.
