A native of Cherokee County, SC, he was the son of the late Nathan A. and Mary Benton Hudson. He was also preceded in death by his first wife, Georgia Ellis Manis Hudson. He was a member of Bethany Baptist Church, a veteran of the U.S. Army with service in World War II, and a retired em- ployee of Minette Mills. He is survived by his wife, Betty Weaver Ingle Hudson of Grover; sons, William T. Hudson of Grover and Stephen Ingle of Greenville, SC; daugh- ters, Lucille Camp; Brenda Hudson and Debbie Welsh, all of Grover, and Helen Kirk of Jacksonville, FL.; sister, Martha Morton of Grover; 15 grandchil- dren, 15 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandson. The funeral was conducted by the Revs. Vernon Craig, Harold Bumby and Willis Kirk at 4 p.m. Monday at Bethany Baptist Church. Burial was in Grover Cemetery. A native of York County, he was the son of the late James Andrew Jackson Boheler and Margaret Ella Jay Love Boheler.
