June 11.
They celebrated Saturday,
June 14 with an outdoor party.
A Space Jam theme was used.
Hot dogs with all the trimmings
were served, and afterwards a
Space Jam cake and Bugs
Bunny Cake with ice cream
were served.
The twins have a 5-year-old
brother, Justin.

was three years old June 20. He
celebrated June 22 with a cake
and ice cream party with a
Dinosaur theme. :
Friends and family attended
the party at Zachary's home. He
also had a party at Bolin's Day
Care.
Special out-of-town guests
from Virginia were Cindy and
Jimmy Setliff. Other friends and
family members also attended.
Zachary is the grandson of
Leonard and. Terry Smith and
Gloria Tate Hardin. Great-
grandparents are Virginia Smith
and Mr. and Mrs. Oliver Tate.

Austin Anthony
Austin Gregory Anthony was
born June 1, 1997 at Gaston
Memorial Hospital. He

and was 20 inches long.

pageant sponsored by the
‘Shelby Alumnae Chapter of
Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc..
They were Haley Gingles,
daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Lewis
Gingles; Brandy Littlejohn,
daughter of Ms. Mattie
Littlejohn; and Crystal Morris,
daughter of Mrs. Ruth Morris.
All are students at Kings
Mountain High School.

was mistress of ceremonies for
the event.
Ada Tieman receives
high school diploma
Ada Tieman graduated from
Stewart County High School in
Dover, Tennessee, on May 30.
She was the Salutatorian of her
class.
Ada is the daughter of Mr.
and Mrs. Glen Tieman, and
granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs.
Garrison Goforth of Kings
Mountain.
Ada was awarded the Rebel
Scholarship and the Karee Jobe
Harper Memorial Scholarship.
She plans to attend Asbury
College in Wilmore, Kentucky
in the fall.
