Colby Bailey
Colby Shawn Bailey, son of
Scott and Missy Herndon Bailey of
Kings Mountain, celebrated his
third birthday Tuesday, February
17. A Barney party was shared
with his friends at Bolin's Day
Care. Colby's grandparents, great-
grandparents, aunts and uncles cel-
ebrated with him at a Barney party
at his home.
On Saturday, February 21, a par-
ty was held for him at McDonalds
in Belmont. Guests included
Carsyn Bolin Courtney Holler,
Hunter Ledbetter and Andrew
Rodford. Colby and his friends en-
joyed Happy Meals, cake and ice
cream, and playing on the jungle
gym.
Colby is the grandson of Ed and
Gail Herndon of Kings Mountain,
Phil Bailey of Belmont and Helen
Bailey of Gastonia. He is the great-
grandson of S.E. Heavner and
Harold Herndon of Kings
Mountain, Gertrude Bailey of
Belmont, and Joyce Holler of
Gastonia.

Timothy "Timmy" Moore was

Jungle in Shelby on Saturday,

Timmy is the son of Crystal
Bridges. He is the grandson of
Darrell Bridges, Jane Burton and
step-grandson of Kenny Burton of
Kings Mountain.
Great-grandparents are Mr. and
Mrs. William Waddell and Mr. and
Mrs. Woodrow Bridges of Kings
Mountain.

Zachary Trammel
Zack Trammel celebrated his
fourth birthday Saturday, February:
21 at Grover Rescue Squad with 25
guests. Pizza was served. Rickles
and Rainbow provided the enter-
tainment. i
He is the son of Dayid and Dana
Trammel of Grover. Grandparents
are Barry and DiAnne Dellinger
and James and Linda Crotts, all of
Shelby.
He has a sister, Katie Brook
Tammel, 20 months old.
He was treated to a trip to the
circus on Sunday by his Uncle
Randy and Aunt LeAnne Deviney
of Kings Mountain.

Ashlee Owens
Ashley Owens, daughter of
Dwayne and Jennifer Hord of
Kings Mountain, was eight years
old February 11.
She celebrated Sunday, February
15 with a Rugrats party. Hot dogs
and refreshments were served
along with a Rugrats cake and ice
cream. :
Ashlee's family and friends at-
tended. She has one sister, Kristina,
and two brothers, Matthew and
Cameron.

Jon-Michael Hamrick
A birthday celebration was held
for Jon-Michael Hamrick at his fa-
vorite restaurant, "The Diner," in
Kings Mountain. Special entertain-
ment was performed by the Diner's
Reb "Magician" Weisener, who
mesmerized the guests with his
magic tricks. i
A "Men in Black" cake ‘was
served along with fountain drinks
and ice cream provided by the
restaurant. Jon-Michael is 8 years
old and an honor student at Grover
Elementary School.
Attending the party were Joni
Hamrick, Paul Jaynes, Ruth and
Herbert Jaynes, Dot and Fred
Hamrick, Mary and Dana
Aldridge. School buddies who
joined Jon-Michael were Eddie
Aldridge and Taylor Melton.
BM Spring fling - Friday, March
