Do You Know The Difference
Between Ants & Termites?
We Do!
Ants vs. Termites!
If you see winged, ant-like insects flying around your property, you
need to know whether they are ants or subterranean termites. If they
are swarming termites, an established colony of these house-damaging
insects is looking for new nesting areas... and your house is in danger.
The illustrations above highlight the differences between winged ants
and winged termites. Look them over carefully and check them against
the insects flying around your structure.....

It's true. One third of us will be diagnosed with some form of cancer in our lifetime. Some more serious than others.
Some curable, some incurable. But thanks to the Comprehensive Cancer Center at Gaston Memorial, there's more
hope than ever. Even for some of the worst cases. As the foremost cancer center in our region, we provide every possible
resource that we have in the battle against cancer. Which is why we participate with Bowman Gray Medical Center
in cancer research. And why we contribute to the Southeast Cancer Control Consortium for the development of new
treatment standards. And why we've established a Breast Cancer Hotline along with a 12-week Breast Cancer
Program for women. And why we've initiated 3D Treatment Planning for more precise methods of pinpointing tumors
and applying radiation. And the list goes on. Which means that even if you do get
cancer, chances are better than ever that youll still live a long, happy life.
