The Cleveland County
Sheriff's Office Narcotics Vice
and COP Division made a sec-
ond arrest Tuesday following a
search warrant executed at 2534
Blacksburg Road near Grover
on August 7.
Deborah Moss Phillips, 27, of
2534 Blacksburg Rd., was
charged at 7 p.m. with traffick-
ing in Dilaudid, felonious pos-
session of marijuana with intent
to sell and deliver, maintaining
a dwelling for the purpose of
storage, sale and/or delivery,
and possession of drug para-
phernalia.
Michael Shane Jackson was
arrested at the same address
August 7 on similar charges.
Phillips was jailed at the
Cleveland County Detention
Center in lieu of bond.
The search warrant resulted
from an investigation
conducted by Det. Ron Creech
that began from a vehicle stop
that resulted in the seizure of
marijuana from two area juve-
niles, according to Lt. Billy
Benton. After interviewing the
juveniles, Benton said the
search warrant was obtained
for the residence. :
Jackson was arrested follow-
ing a search of his residence and
after complaints from parents of
juveniles. Det. Ron Creech and
Det. Robert Archie stopped two
juvenile suspects who allegedly
had marijuana on their person
and were in the process of de-
livering the drug to two more
juveniles. :
Two juveniles will be charged
on juvenile petitions.
