CITY HALL DISAPPEARING - The old Kings Mountain City
Hall/lLaw Enforcement Center is quickly disappearing. City fire-
men are removing and salvaging the old concrete steps in front
of the building to be used at the fire museum. The firemen also
last week salvaged the cupola and police communications tower
to be used in the future at either the fire museum or a new fire
station. Soon the building will be demolished and the lot cleared
to make way for a new $1.6 million law enforcement center.
