County, she was the daughter
of the late P.D. and Zuila White
Grigg, and wife of the late
David L. Queen. She was a
homemaker and a member of
Hoey United Methodist
Church.
She is survived by her daugh-
ter, Lois Bivins of Kings
Mountain; brother, Roy Grigg of
Shelby; and sister, Lillian
Hamm of Shelby.
The funeral will be conducted
by the Rev. John Hunter at 2
p-m. Thursday at Clay-Barnette
Funeral Home. Burial will be in
Sunset Cemetery.

S.C., he was the son of Ophelia

eran of WWII, European
Theater, where he served on

and the V.EW., a devoted father
and Paw Paw as well as an avid
fisherman. He was employed

Circulation Manager.
