I The Kings Mountain Herald May 25, 2000 Senior The Herald caught nervous and excited Kings Mountain High graduating seniors getting ready for Friday night's commencement exercises and asked them a number of questions. Gerald Smith - “Getting to play football my senior year af- ter being hurt my sophomore year.” Jeremy Harris - "Playing in the state championship foot- ball game in Chapel Hill my ju- nior year.” DOUG DAWSON ANGELA EARLY Q - What are your plans tonight after graduation? Doug Dawson - “To go home, and probably get some rest.” Angela Early - “I'm going home and going to sleep. I'm tired. My college plans are to go to Lee University in Cleveland, Tennessee.” KEISHA JORDAN, BRIAN HOUZE Q - What are your plans after high school? Keisha Jordan - “To go to UNC-Greensboro School of Arts and get a BS in Choreographer Dances.” Brian Houze - “To go to Johnson C. Smith University and study pre-med and become an optometrist.” HEATHER CAUSBY Q - If you don’t return to KMHS until your 25th class reunion, who is the first person you want to see? Q - What was your most memorable moment in high school? Matt Biddix - Pitching a 1-hitter ina baseball game against R-S Central. Q - What is the best advice you got from a teacher? Jason Bridges: “To work hard and set goals, from Kathy Goforth.” Q - Who was your best teacher at KMHS? Abby Haynes - Jason Hastings - “Wayne Thompson. He pushes you to give a good effort.” Brynn Harris - “Conrad Martin. He's a hard worker and wants yo to learn.” Q - What are your college plans?
