weed eater valued at $350.
Eckerd’s, 601 E. King St., re-
ported larceny of medicine val-
ued at $180.
Alice Appling of Gastonia re-
ported that someone wrote
checks on her aunt’s bank ac-
count without having a power
of attorney. The checks were in
the amount of $100,000 and
$13,716.18.

reported larceny of a driver’s li-
cense, social security card, wal-
let, and credit card and use of
the credit card without permis:
sion.
Rhonda Hoyle, Shelby, re-
ported that someone broke into
her vehicle at KM Hospital and
stole a pocket book, money,
driver's license, credit cards,
and checkbook; and did $150
damage to the car.
Amelia Hill of Dallas and
Alan Lovelace of Shelby report-
ed a break-in of a vehicle in the
parking lot of White Oak
Manor. There was $300 damage
to the car. Items stolen included
a purse valued at $25, and
purse and driver's license val-
ued at $15 each, and a ring val-
ued at $200.

Mrs. Smith returned home and

wrapped in blankets and on the

na; one count of felony posses-
sion of marijuana; and one
count of maintaining a vehicle
for the sell and delivery of mar-
ijuana.
