Kings Mountain Middle
School reported that a 13-year-
old student was assaulted by
another student in the cafeteria.
The student was reportedly
knocked out of a chair and hit
once in the head. The student
that was alleged to have hit the
other student was suspended
from school for three days.

reported being stabbed in the
left arm. He was treated at
. Gaston Memorial Hospital.
John Bullock, Charlotte, re-
ported larceny and damage to
property at a new residential
building on Margrace Rd.
Stolen were an aircompressor
valued at $1,000 and a Dewalt
set valued at $350. There was
$150 damage to a door and $50
damagae to a clothes line pole.

and threatened.
Kathy McCauley, Casar, re-
ported breaking and entering of
a vehicle parked at Kings
Mountain Hospital. There was
damage to a console CD player.

reported seeing a larceny in
progress at Sara Lee Intimate
Apparel, 705 Canterbury Rd.
According to the police report,
Belt saw two white males carry-
ing several boxes. When he
stopped the suspects dropped
the boxes and ran. Six boxes of
women’s under garments, val-
ued at $300 per box, were dis-
covered near a ditch.
