parents. She wore a white satin halter gown
with an A-line bodice accented with small
buttons down the back of the gown with a
skirt that extended into a chapel train and
tiara headpiece and chapel length veil. She
carried a bouquet of white roses.
Matron of hanor was Brandi Grier of
Charlotte. Maid of honor was Nicole
Williams of Charlotte.
Junior bridesmaid was Saadia Williams of
Kings Mountain. Bridesmaids were
Sherhonda Williams and Lakeitha Feemster

The groom’s parents hosted the rehearsal
dinner in the multipurpose room of
Ebenezer Baptist Church.
Following a surprise honeymoon, the
couple will reside in Charlotte.

Brian is the grandson of Mrs. Margie
Lovelace and the late Willard Lovelace and
the late Mr. and Mrs. William Edmonson of
Kings Mountain. :
The marriage took place on July 6, 2002 in
Negril, Jamaica. The Rev. Keith Gordon Jr.
officiated at the ceremony which occurred
in the beautiful tropical gardens of Couples
Negril Resort.
E. Scott Cloninger escorted the bride to
the garden gazebo, and Kay Cloninger
attended her daughter as matron of honor.
Also participating in the ceremony were
Allen Jason Tignior, brother of the bride, of
Durham, and Maliena Dowd of Greenville,
NC. After the ceremony, a champagne
reception was enjoyed in the garden gaze-
bo.
Sarah Elizabeth wore an ankle length A-
line dress of Alencon lace with a gracefully
draped neckline and low back. In her hair

Brook Forest Drive in Kings Mountain.
