A native of Cleveland
County, she was the daugh-
ter of the late Charles Mack
and Jena Gilliland Biddix.
She was also preceded in
death by her brothers, Lee
Biddix, Don Biddix and
Bobby Biddix, and sisters
Jackie Dyke and Lodie
Queen.
She was a member of the
Church of Jesus Christ of
Latter Day Saints and was a
member of Women of the
Moose. She was a former
employee of H&R Block and
the textile industry.
She is survived by her
husband, James Leonard
Cox Sr. of Kings Mountain;
son, James Leonard Cox Jr.
of Kings Mountain; daugh-
ter, Rhonda Lynne Blanton
of Lattimore; sisters, Sandra
Lipscomb of Tampa, FL and
