The Kings Mountain Herald February 6, 2003 BOB BRADLEY KINGS MOUNTAIN - Robert L. “Bob” Bradley, 68, 111 Chadwick Drive, died January 28, 2003 at Gaston Memorial Hospital. A native of Lenoir, he was the son of the late Robert L. Bradley Sr. He was a member of Central United Methodist Church, where he served in the choir. He graduated from Lenoir High School in 1951, where he was a member of the band. He received his BA Degree in Accounting from Ohio Wesleyan in 1955, and he graduated law school in 1961 from UNC Law School. He was an attorney in Gaston and Cleveland coun- ties. He was partner of the firm Garland-Alala-Bradley- Gray-Vorhees in Gastonia from 1961-1972. He had a private practice in Kings Mountain from 1972-1985 and following his private practice he was assistant dis- trict attorney for Gaston County. He was a member of the Positive Action for Lawyers Committee of the NC State Bar. He served in the U.S. Air Force from 1956-1959 as a navigator. He also served in the U.S. Air Force Reserve, and he retired from the NC Air National Guard as Lt. A native of Unaka, NC she was the daughter of the late Glenn Dockery and the late Esta Mae Jones Dockery. She was also predeceased by her brothers Harold and Robert Dockery. She was retired from Hoesct-Celanese Corporation with 31 years as a quality control technician in production services. She was a graduate of Murphy High School and earned a Business Secretary Degree from Charlotte Business College.
