They watched children’s librarian Christy Conner read, dance, sing, serve snacks and make crafts. Her enthusiasm rubbed off and now several are volunteers each week at the library. Parent April Dawson got involved with the library by taking daughter, Taylor Dawson, 3, to the weekly program. Before then, Dawson rarely visited the library.
